Second Beach, Olympic National Park, WA
 
The untamed and wild coastline of Washington stretches for miles and miles, with iconic rock formations and limitless opportunities for photographs that may have similar subjects, but are all unique in their own way, due to the vagarious nature of the tides.
 
On this particular evening, it was our first time at Second Beach and I was like a kid in a candy store. Compositions abounded and the light was perfect. After watching the sun slip below the horizon, we hiked back up the dreaded stairs of this trail with our headlamps on and our spirits high.
